Product Warranty and Liability:

Tway Lifting Products warrants to the customer that each new product is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance. Tway Lifting Products sole obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing, replacing of allowing credit for, at Tway Lifting’s option, any product or part of a product which under normal and proper usage and maintenance proves defective in material and workmanship provided that notice of any such defect and satisfactory proof thereof is properly given may buyer to damage of any product caused by improper maintenance, misuse, overuse, neglect or accident, nor sellers reasonable judgment, affects the performance, stability or general purpose for which is was manufactured.

All of the TwayLifting.com products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of the invoice. Except as expressly stated within, TwayLifting.com makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on TwayLifting.com. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to TwayLifting.com arising from any product sold on TwayLifting.com shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall TwayLifting.com officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold.

This warranty is in lieu of any other warranties (except of Title) Expected or implied, including any implied, including any implied warranty of merchant-ability or of a fitness for a particular purpose for which it was manufactured. Seller shall in no event be liable for prospective profits or special, indirect or consequential damages; Nor shall recovery of any kind against Seller be greater in amount than the purchase price of the particular merchandise purchased hereunder which caused the alleged damage. The buyer shall inspect the products covered by this agreement and review industry and OSHA standards before each us of that product, the product may fail if damaged, abused, misused, overused or improperly maintained

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. There are no understandings or agreements, warranties or representations, which are not specified in writing within.

Typographical Errors:

In the incident a product on the Tway Lifting Products website is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed, and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Order Acceptance Policy:

Your receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. TwayLifting.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. TwayLifting.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Financial Terms

 

Sales Taxes:

Customer is responsible for payment of all applicable state and local taxes, or for providing a valid sales tax exemption certificate. When placing an order, the customer shall indicate which products are tax exempt. Tway Lifting accepts all major credit cards:

American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa. We have the capability to store credit card information to better the user’s experience. We store the information via authorize.net

Here at Tway Lifting Products, Customer satisfaction is very essential to us. When designing this website we wanted to offer our customers the opportunity to have their important questions answered immediately. This thought caused us to add the chat session ability to our site. With this tool, you can enter into a live instant messaging session with a Tway Customer Representative (TCR). When a customer arrives at the chat session with a TCR they acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, monitoring guidelines and notices contained or referenced within including Tway Lifting Products Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

We aim to perform at a high standard of service while also giving our TCRs a safe environment in which to do so. We reserve the right to refuse, stop, and/or block any user from any and all sessions for acts we deem inappropriate, such as personally threatening or offensive language, unreasonable demands, or any misrepresentations. If You do not agree to the Terms of Service, including these provisions relating to the chat sessions, please do not use the chat session service.

With account security restrictions, TCRs are not able and will not fulfill certain types of request.Customers may be asked by a TCR for unique personally identifiable information for the assurance of identity and security during the chat. TCRs are not supposed to ask for passwords or credit card information to confirm your account. Shipping Information

 

Tway Lifting Products can ship products domestically by two primary methods, UPS, or Freight Truck/Common Carrier. Below is some helpful information for each process.

UPS:

Tway Lifting Products ships items weighing less than 70 Lbs. By UPS. Orders received after 2:00 pm EST will be processed the following business day. Once an order is processed, it will take approximately 1-5 business days for item to reach the destination. Delivery time will vary depending on location.  Tway Lifting Products only ships to the lower 48 states (excluding Alaska & Hawaii). Tway Lifting Products is not responsible for additional shipping costs to a residential address.

Truck Deliveries:

Most of our trucking carriers offer curbside delivery to a customer’s location either residential or commercial. Curbside delivery means it is the responsibility of the customer who is receiving the shipment to have the means to unload by (forklift or loading dock). If you do not have either a forklift or locking dock, you may require the assistance to offload the equipment. Tway Lifting Products is not responsible for additional shipping costs to a residential address.

Residential Fees:

Carriers impose additional shipping costs to a residential address. The additional cost is due to shipping carriers not being able to use 18 wheelers down residential streets and need to switch to smaller trucks. Other residential surcharges are the responsibility of the buyer. Tway Lifting Products is not responsible for additional shipping costs to a residential address. If shipping to a business, Twaylifting.com should be able to identify the location and not charge the fees.

Return Policy

 

Tway Lifting Products can be returned within the first 30 days following the purchase. To be able to return an item it must be in working, and undamaged/unused condition and include the original box, packing materials, manuals, and accessories. Cut to length or custom orders are subject to a restocking charge as a condition of their return.  For return consideration, please contact a Tway Lifting Products Customer Care Representative at 1.800.441.8929 and receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.

Satisfaction Guarantee to All Customers:

Customer should contact Tway Lifting Products if not satisfied with a product for any reason. Tway Lifting Products will promptly provide an exchange or refund if the product is returned within 30 days of delivery. In order to receive due compensation for returns the item must be new (in unused condition), fully functional, and undamaged, and include the original box. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Tway Lifting will not accept COD shipments. It will be our pleasure to refund 100 % of the product price including shipping costs and applicable tax if the error was ours or if the item ordered was in any way defective. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the item during return shipment so It might be a good idea to purchase insurance on any high dollar return

Your happiness and 100% satisfaction is our goal. You can return your product for up to 30 days after delivery.

How do I return an Item?

  2. Securely pack the product in new condition with its original package along with any associated parts
  3. Once we have received the returned item it will take approximately 24 hours to process your credit, and it will be refunded via the original payment method
