Crosby shackles are the most well-known shackles in the rigging industry, Crosby S209T Theatrical screw pin anchor shackles are made from forged steel then it is Quenched and Tempered. The screw pin is made from an alloy, and the shackle is finished in non reflective Black Powder Coating. 6:1 design factor, meets or exceeds ASME B30.26 RR-C-271D Load rated with angle indicators.
Each Crosby shackle 25t and bigger comes equipped with an RFID chip that allows an inspector to check the product type, in-service date, date of last inspection, and the last recorded status from the previous examination. The RFID technology can reduce total inspection time up to 65%. The S2130 Crosby Bolt Type Anchor Shackles comes in either self-colored or hot dipped galvanized styles.
