Tway Lifting Products can ship products domestically by two primary methods, UPS, or Freight Truck/Common Carrier. Below is some helpful information for each process.
UPS:
Tway Lifting Products ships items weighing less than 120 Lbs. By UPS. Orders received after 2:00 pm EST will be processed the following business day. Once an order is processed, it will take approximately 1-5 business days for item to reach the destination. Delivery time will vary depending on location. Tway Lifting Products only ships to the lower 48 states (excluding Alaska & Hawaii). Tway Lifting Products is not responsible for additional shipping costs to a residential address. Truck Deliveries:
Most of our trucking carriers offer curbside delivery to a customer’s location either residential or commercial. Curbside delivery means it is the responsibility of the customer who is receiving the shipment to have the means to unload by (forklift or loading dock). If you do not have either a forklift or locking dock, you may require the assistance to offload the equipment. Tway Lifting Products is not responsible for additional shipping costs to a residential address.
Residential Fees:
Carriers impose additional shipping costs to a residential address. The additional cost is due to shipping carriers not being able to use 18 wheelers down residential streets and need to switch to smaller trucks. Other residential surcharges are the responsibility of the buyer. Tway Lifting Products is not responsible for additional shipping costs to a residential address. If shipping to a business, Twaylifting.com should be able to identify the location and not charge the fees.
